United At Biggest Odds Ever For Premier League 2015

Various bookmakers have now created a market for next year’s Premier League and are offering United at the biggest prices ever of around 6-1 or better.

This is understandable after the current season, but might just present an opportunity for far-sighted gamblers. It certainly represents good value if United can stage any kind of resurgence next year, as there are already signs that they are doing.

David Moyes will obviously make key changes over the summer and, though there is a huge amount of speculation as to what these will be exactly, they will certainly change things markedly - whether for better or worse.

It wouldn’t take much for United to close the gap on their rivals. There’s clearly work to be done, but the outlook isn’t as bleak as most pundits seem to think it is and human nature being what it is – pundits always have a way of justifying things in hindsight.

So this time next year, United may be under new management after a poor campaign. On the other hand, David Moyes may well be being congratulated on his shrewd insight after a few key signings; who really knows?  But if things do go according to plan, that 6-1 certainly won’t last long. At the same time however, it’s easy to see United’s odds lengthening further first as always seems to be the nature of betting markets, so it may be wise not to rush in.

Most bookmakers currently have the blue half of Manchester installed as favourites, followed by Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal.

Whatever your fancy for next season, there may be a way to get decent punt for nothing. If you register to play at the 32red mobile casino you should be able to get £32 for every £20 deposited, up to a maximum of £160 free. 32red also runs a sports-book, so if you play through a few games in the mobile casino with the free cash – you should, all being well, have sufficient cash left for a free bet on United at 6-1 or possibly better.

Such odds are, of course, unheard of in the Premier League era. For the last 20 years under Sir Alex FergusonUnited have always begun the season as either first or second favourites, and always at a shorter price than next year’s.

But for the contrarianly-minded amongst us, this may be an opportunity. It’s always darkest just before the dawn and markets always factor in too much short-term recent news. The presumption currently is that United are on their way out whilst the current top three will inevitably go from strength to strength. But real life isn’t like that.
